The features described below are only used for LOGO!Soft Comfort V9.0.

New features

LOGO!Soft Comfort V9.0 provides the following new features:

• New device type in the network project mode: LOGO! 9.0, LOGO! 9.0 Slave and LOGO! 9 TDE.

• New hardware type in diagram mode: LOGO! 9.0.

• LOGO!Soft Comfort V9.0 saves the network project file as .wnp file format.

• LOGO!Soft Comfort (LSC) supports User Defined Web Pages:

  • Replacing LOGO! Web Editor, LSC V9.0 supports creating web projects in network project mode

  • LSC V9.0 supports web project simulation

  • LSC V9.0 supports downloading the network projects containing web pages to LOGO! V8.2 and later versions Base Modules (with the inserted micro SD card)

• New function blocks: Float analog flag, Network float analog input, Network float analog output, Float calculation instruction, LCD Message

• LOGO!Soft Comfort provides the LCD Message function block for message pages display on the touch screens of LOGO! BM and TDE:

  • Providing function widgets and parameter widgets for data display

  • Supporting message page background settings

  • Supporting message pages display simulation

• New data type: LSC V9.0 supports float data type for all analog function blocks

• More analog resolution options are provided: 0-1000, 0-4095, 0-10000

• Extended system limits:

  • LSC V9.0 supports the maximum of 800 function blocks in a circuit diagram

  • IO expansion capability

• Enhanced security settings:

  • LOGO! Communication

  • Certificate settings

• Master/Slave connection configuration:

  • LSC V9.0 supports downloading slave devices configuration to slave devices through the network project download or separately

  • Devices with slave operation mode configuration automatically change to slave mode after project/device configuration download

• New configurations:

  • Firmware upgrade through LSC

  • Formatting the micro SD card through LSC

  • Centralized tag management

• Special flag changes:

  • M25, M26 don't function as backlight color flag for LOGO! BM 9.0 and TDE 9.0

  • M27 controls message page display

  • M28 = LOGO! BM displays amber backlight on the screen status bar

  • M29 = LOGO! BM displays red backlight on the screen status bar

  • M30 = LOGO! 9 TDE displays amber backlight on the screen status bar

  • M31 = LOGO! 9 TDE displays red backlight on the screen status bar

• Enhanced device online settings and more offline settings

• LOGO!Soft Comfort USB Stick replaces LOGO!Soft Comfort DVD-ROM
