Tools -> Transfer -> Configure Master/Slave Mode (0BA7 and later versions only)

Use this menu command to switch a LOGO! Base Module between master mode and slave mode.

For LOGO! 9 and later versions devices, you can configure master/slave mode in both Device settings and Online settings in LSC. If you configure the operating mode in online settings, LOGO!Soft Comfort requires that you confirm the connection interface for each communication attempt. See "Tools -> Transfer" for complete information.

If you set the connected LOGO! Base Module to slave mode, you must enter the destination IP address of the module:

LOGO! restarts automatically whenever you make the following changes in LOGO!Soft Comfort:

  • Mode switch (from master mode to slave mode or vice versa)

  • Change to the master IP address in slave mode

0BA0 - 0BA8:

For LOGO! BM prior to LOGO! 9, the operating mode is available to configure only in online settings.
